Day Off
Yesterday I took a ME day.
First, I had an amazing breakfast of oatmeal and hash.
Then went for a nice, long bike ride in the CT countryside.
Then I knitted a bit.
Then I drove around.
Then I had lunch.

Then I came back to the hotel and rode my bike a bit more.
Then I watched TV and played Tetris.
Then I knit
Then I had a bag of trail mix.
Then I went to bed.
Then I read.
Then I slept.
I don't know if I mentioned that I saw a buzzard...

What a perfect day! I'm so happy for you that you got to relax and regroup like that, especially in light of your go-go-go schedule. Here's to a few more days of "aaaahhhhh"!
That pretty much covers all the bases for a perfect day!
Jealous! How fun!
What a lovely day. I am in MA and see the buzzards all the time. They are much nicer looking when they are in the air. So very much looking forward to the class on Sat AM. See you then.

You deserved a great day like that!
"Me days" are indeed really important, especially while travelling.
Sometimes one can only manage a "me moment" of enjoying a good cup of coffee for 10 minutes without having to do anything for anyone.
Safe travels,

Sounds like a terrific "Me" day :)
Buzzards are quiet intimidating. I call them God's Garbage Men since they clean up roadkill.
